homemade frozen food

Assalamualaikum..
Dah lunch evryone? I just had my lunch at home today since I am on MC. I tak masak pun since doktor suruh rehat kan.. Hehehe.. So, I just defrost rendang I masak last Monday dan lauk lemak cili padi yg jiran I kasi last monday as well. Panaskan je both lauk tu and masak nasi... Senang gitu..

I purposely masak rendang tu utk makan at least 2 days. Ye le, klu masak mmg susah nk masak only for 2 or 3 sah2 ada leftover.. so better frozenkan siap2 the dish .. I got this idea from my office mate... Dia ada jual frozen dish for our lunch or to bring home few weeks before raya. I lah salah seorang buyer tetap tapi masuk fasting month she didn't continue the business and my frozen dish dah out of stock.. Well, career woman la katakan.... X de masa nak masak... Makan kt kedai pun busan.. So sometimes bile mood rajin datang, I will do some cooking and I akan nasak extra so I can pack it tightly and keep it in the freezer.. Bile nak makan just defrost it then panaskan atas kuali.. Klu extreme malas, panaskan guna microwave.. :)
The idea of frozen the food really good la.. Keep it for few weeks still ok lg the food... Dh tried before.. Buat sambal udang and lupa nk makan... Bile panaskan after few weeks, the food still taste exactly the same...
